We will do our best to package our books well, but we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused during postage/delivery.
Cost of posting returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt of the book by us, if the print quality is confirmed to be faulty, then the purchaser will receive a replacement book and a refund of the return postage cost.
Replacement/refund will be provided within 3-5 business days.
